"We had such a great experience at Sant Ambroeus Aspen. Our server Mariano was incredibly kind and made sure we ordered the best from the menu. His recommendations were perfect — the black truffle pizza (our first time trying real black truffle!) was unforgettable, the rigatoni was bursting with flavor, and the cacio e pepe was thick, creamy, and comforting. He also suggested the perfect wine to pair with everything. Now for the dessert - we got the Pistachio gelato and the Gianduja - 10/10. WOW. We left so happy — can’t wait to come back!"

We had dinner there on Monday, and everything—from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the beautifully crafted dishes—immediately impressed us. The food was amazing, the ambiance was perfect, and the service elevated the entire evening. We loved it so much that we called to come back on Tuesday, only to find out they were closed—otherwise, we absolutely would have gone three nights in a row. Instead, we booked again for Wednesday, and once again the experience exceeded expectations. A special thank-you to Eduardo, the manager, whose incredible service, gracious hospitality, and attention to detail made both visits unforgettable. There was truly something for everyone in our family, including the kids, and every dish was enjoyed with enthusiasm. It starts from the entrance—when you walk in, this gentleman makes you feel at home, with a smile and a great table. His name is Eduardo. Our server, Nick, offered excellent recommendations for drinks, and I must say that the Vitello Tonnato is incredible. Overall, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and I will definitely come back on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"We’ve been to the Sant Ambroeus in Manhattan, so of course we had to stop at their new Aspen location while we were driving through. The entire experience was wonderful. The salmon tartare was balanced with fresh herbs, sweet radishes, and creamy avocado. We were so excited to dig in we did not take a photo! I could truly eat it every day. My Paccheri Rosa was perfectly balanced in all ways, as was my partner’s Fettuccine alla Bolonese, which he loaded with extra Parmesan. The dessert is not to be left out - we wrapped up the meal with the Tiramisu - which was absolutely divine and a must try if you visit. As always with Sant Ambroeus, the service was impeccable and the entire experience took us straight to Italy. We cannot wait to return the next time we are in Aspen, or New York City."
