First of all, the option of having a fresh apple on the side of your meal, especially one that tasted as fresh as it did, absolutely hit the spot and I love it. The food was warm and tasted good, and it felt like a great substitute for the breakfast I forgot to make this morning. I was checked out by Faith. Faith kind of seemed like they were having a bad day and I really hope whatever they're dealing with gets better, but they still checked me out without making me feel like a nuisance and were very efficient with their work. Overall, I'll definitely come again and I had a great experience!"
"Panera has increased their prices several times in the past year. Recently they increased their latte price to 5.99, I went to the nearby Starbucks and there it was only 5.25. And the rewards points are much better at Starbucks. Also, drip coffee was much higher here than at Starbucks. I recently traveled to Washington State and went to Panera, the same food item was cheaper and the latte was 1 dollar lower."
"The representative who took our order was kind, respectful and suggested a great sandwich for my husband as our Sandwiches were good the environment we ate in was dirty like the tables have not been cleaned in a long while, with the dine in area so dirty we have decided not to return."
"Ordered in the app for a work breakfast. Picked it up on time in the drive through. When I got to work, checked the breakfast sandwiches and the receipt. Two steak and wakes were checked off on the receipt but not in the bag. I called them and they couldn't deliver the missing sandwiches, even though delivery was an option. One of my coworkers had to go get them. Quality wasn't that good. Won't be ordering breakfast from them again. Also you'd think paying for such a large order would get some kind of reward. Nope. Have to make two more orders. That won't be happening. Deleted the app."
"I am beyond pissed if you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t leave the hard work to those that want more than a paycheck I pulled into drive thru at 740pm and didn’t get a response seeing as I am a sips club member I knew they didn’t close until 8 or 9 After not getting a answer I drove to the window and asked the young man what time do you close he responded 9 So I am like ok can I place a order he like sure I told him I wanted a pick two with a cheesesteak cabatta and a chicken and rice soup I was rang up and paid for the order. After paying I waited for 10 minutes in the drive through and then was handed a bag seeled like normal I sat it in my passenger seat and said thank you and left the store. When I arrived home my order was completely wrong I was given I’m assuming an order that was left over from Joseph because it was not what I ordered. I then called the store to get no answer. This is very unprofessional as I work for my hard earned money just like anyone else. I received the items below instead of what I ordered."
