"Wanted to share my experience now that I’ve processed it. In 2021 I visited here with my husband while pregnant. They immediately told us we had to wear masks even though their’s was under their nose. My husband wore one but I told them I was medically exempt and even had a doctor’s note to prove it. They not only accused me of lying but six of them followed me around the store harassing me and telling me they’d call the cops on me for not putting a mask on. They even tried to have a male manager scare me into wearing one, but it was someone I knew from childhood so that didn’t work for them. These people literally accused me of lying about my medical condition. A year later, we came back after covid when nobody was wearing masks, and they wouldn’t let us buy anything. For a supposed health store, these people don’t know the first thing about health and they’re also terrible people. My experience here was so bad I wanted to sue them. But I’ll leave a review instead of wasting my time on these idiots."

"I’ve been coming to this location for years, and the decline in customer service under the new ownership is obvious. For a small business with higher prices, customer service should be a priority, yet it seems to have gotten worse. I came in for a juice and waited 25 minutes without ANY acknowledgment. Several staff members walked around the store, but not one person addressed me or the other customers waiting at the juice bar. It appeared that only one employee was responsible for both sandwiches and juices, which is completely unrealistic for a busy time. During my wait, at least five customers left because they were experiencing the same lack of attention. This shows a clear issue with store operations and staffing. Very disappointing for a place I’ve supported for years."

"Good/healthy food and smoothies! I was so happy to see a Lassens in Lancaster. Their vegan reuben was delicious today! I go to the one in Bakersfield. I love that one too! When I am here in Lancaster this will most definitely be a go to."
