"I’ve been a loyal customer of Coffee Bloom for many years, and it has always been my go-to spot for great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, in recent times, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and overall experience. One major change I’ve observed is that a mandatory tip now seems to be expected for good service, which is quite disappointing. The staff no longer appear as attentive or interested in their work, and the atmosphere has definitely suffered as a result. Additionally, the loyalty rewards like stamps that used to be a nice perk are no longer offered, which makes the experience feel less rewarding compared to other coffee chains like Starbucks. It honestly feels like the place has changed ownership or just lost its original charm. I hope they can turn things around, but for now, it’s definitely not the same place I once loved."
