"Update: Went back to try Amate a 2nd time, hoping to get a breve since they were out of half and half the first time. They were still out of half and half. I thought perhaps they don’t actually carry it (which is fine) but they said they just don’t have time to go shopping for it. The flavors of the lattes are good, but would be so much better as a breve. We also tried a mango smoothie, which was also good. But the whole being out of half and half every time, is strange. A friend of mine went when they first opened and was also told the same thing. Tried Amate coffee for the first time. I ordered a blueberry muffin and an Iced Mexican Mocha Latte. I was hoping the drink could be made as a breve, but they were out of half and half. The muffin was good and the drink was good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but good enough to come back and order again. The cashier taking my order was super helpful and friendly. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the area!"

"I was looking for a good refreshing drink, and I found the place to get it Amate coffee I got four drinks here the scenery is nice. The vibe are cool. The decor is great. Guava lemonade is the best. All the drinks ready today. The hibiscus is tart as it should be. The Horchata Matcha is smooth have a nice texture. It’s nice and spacious and quiet in here. It had an instant burning or diffuser whatever it might be it smell good and if you drive too fast, you probably miss it"

"I’m so grateful for this place! I live in Palmdale but will drive 20min to get coffee from here. It’s very welcoming and peaceful. If I was still in school I would definitely come here to get in a good study session in. Every time I go they are so accommodating! I asked for a chai horchata and they made it for me even though it wasn’t on the menu! They go above and beyond! I love their serving hearts and the space they provide to make cherished memories with family and friends. ☕️🍵🙏🏽"

"I’m really glad this coffee shop opened up in the AV when there’s a lack of good coffee shops in the area. I’ve gone countless times and have never been disappointed with their drinks and their customer service. Always great coffee and very friendly staff since their opening earlier this year. The ambiance of the shop is the best of any coffee spot here in the AV and it’s perfect for a study session or just catching up with someone. I’m excited to see how the renovations end up and the long awaited reopening."

"This was my first time here and the baristas were so friendly and helpful in giving menu suggestions. I got the Ámate latte and it is incredible. Not too sweet, and very well balanced - just like the barista said it would be! I’m from out of town but travel here for work and will be making this my regular coffee place."
