The Bag formally Known as Ardi. The coffee, ARDI, that we have served since the start of our roasting program was a label and name created by one of our favorite importers. The company used the name Ardi to represent a region in Ethiopia, and rotated the coffee they used under that banner. All with the goal of maintaining the same flavor notes.
