Onyx Coffee Academy: Espresso Basics

About this coffee

Led by the Onyx Coffee Lab Education Team, this 2.5-hour course will equip the enthusiast or curious with an understanding of theory and practical skills to prepare better coffee at home. With a focus on espresso-based drinks, we will explore barista skills of shot pulling and milk steaming with an introduction to latte art. Class will be held using home espresso machines and grinders, to give home baristas a better understanding on how their machines work, how to dial in, and steam milk properl
