We’re excited to share our first purchase from Diego Bermudez’s farm, Finca El Paraiso in Cauca. This micro-lot is a single Pink Bourbon variety lot. In the cup: a jasmine-tea body with fruit-forward, floral aromatics, mulberry sweetness, and peach-like acidity; as it cools, watermelon juiciness shows through and the finish turns to gentle tropical fruits.
