The winter spice vanilla latte was absolutely delicious—warm, smooth, and perfectly balanced for the season. Customer service was excellent as well. Tom took care of me and was efficient, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the visit even better. You can tell they care about both their craft and their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re downtown and want a quality coffee with great service."
"We visited this coffee shop and had a great experience. There’s plenty of street parking and the space inside is spacious and welcoming. They use beans from Cat & Cloud, which made the coffee stand out in both flavor and quality. We ordered bagels, a pastry, and two lattes — the vanilla rose and the honey lavender. The staff kindly reheated the pastry, which made it even better. Both lattes were smooth, aromatic, and not overly sweet. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall good vibe of the place."

"Hello, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a customer service interaction that occurred this morning at approximately 8:20 a.m. when I called your coffee shop. The male representative who answered the phone immediately came across as rude and disengaged. His tone was unfriendly, and he did not offer a welcoming greeting. I asked a very simple, general question regarding your coffee process, specifically whether your shop uses pre-ground coffee from vendors or grinds coffee beans in-house. Rather than providing a clear or helpful explanation, he responded in a condescending manner that made the conversation unnecessarily complicated and uncomfortable. His reply felt dismissive and sarcastic, as though I should already understand your process. I am not a barista! I'm just a customer with a straightforward question and I felt as though I was being talked down to for asking it. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and offended. At no point did he attempt to clarify, educate, or assist in a customer-focused way. This is not the level of service I would expect, nor is it an appropriate way to treat someone simply seeking information. Because of this experience, I will not be considering your coffee shop in the future. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention, as it reflects poorly on your business and may impact other potential customers as well."
