What People Are Saying
from Google"Slow, even though I was the only person in line. Watched the guy working the window (heavyset, red hair) chitchat with other employees while my drank sat on the counter. And then when I did receive my drink, it was 2/3rds full max. Consistently bad experiences at this location."
"I’m so upset, this is the only Starbucks I’ve been to where they were rude to me! I ordered a strawberry cream matcha, I’ve had it before and liked it, this one I had from this location was awful so I asked for a different drink because I didn’t like it. The front desk guy said that was fine he could get me something else, he was very polite about it. The manager came over and was rude telling me just because I don’t like it doesn’t mean I get another drink for free so I had to pay for a whole different drink!!! Starbucks is already expensive enough for two little shots of coffee. I will NOT be coming back to this location."
"The girl taking orders at 11:15 on new years Eve had a bad attitude. One thing I can count on when I go to Starbucks or Chick Fil A is good customer service but not at this Starbucks. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with the service. I've waited on my drink plenty times while employees chatted and played on their phones. I'll be going to a different location."
"As a longtime Starbucks customer, I was shocked to see a massive Pride flag hung directly behind the register. I’ve never seen an American flag or even a state flag displayed like that, so I don’t understand why this particular symbol is being pushed so prominently. In my opinion, this kind of display feels less about inclusion and more like zealotry — forcing a political or ideological statement onto every customer who walks in. If any religion were pushed this aggressively, people would call it out immediately. Yet here we are, with a symbol elevated in a way that feels more divisive than unifying, especially on a day when another tragic school shooting tied to this community has just taken place. I’m not anti-any sexuality; I’m pro-everyone. But Starbucks should be a place for coffee, not politics or ideology. If you want to fly a flag, why not the American flag or the Alabama state flag — symbols that represent us all? Until then, I’ll take my business elsewhere..... And I used to come to the Starbucks in this city very, very often, no more... This is my last visit"
"The service, drinks and food are great! I never miss a smiling face each morning that I go."
