"I order a small pink drink with matcha, it came out to be 9! It wasn’t even pink which doesn’t even matter, but when I tried it it tasted terrible!! I went through the drive thru again and politely asked if I could have a refund because I didn’t like the drink and she flat out told me no! She did asked if I wanted it remade and I said I would really prefer a refund and she stoped answering over the intercom! I have whirled in customer service for years and I would have never treated a customer that poorly! Starbucks do better!!"
