Caffe Luce

Caffe Luce sources single-origin beans directly from small farms across Central and South America, roasting them in small batches to highlight each region's distinct flavor profile rather than masking it with dark roasts. Their three locations each feature a different brewing method as their specialty—pour-over at the flagship, espresso-focused drinks at the downtown spot, and cold brew on tap at their newest cafe. The founders, both former baristas who spent years traveling coffee-growing regions, built Caffe Luce around the belief that great coffee should tell the story of its origin and the people who grew it.
